When difficulties arise in life, it can be hard to navigate without support. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, processing trauma, grieving, exploring emotions, struggling in a relationship, or wanting to set life goals, choosing to start therapy can be a great step towards finding your way. It is my hope that in our sessions we can establish a therapeutic relationship founded on trust, acceptance, and respect. Once this has been established, clients can explore experiences, beliefs, and fears that contribute to negative emotions and sensations that interfere with day-to-day functioning and life satisfaction.
The hope is that our office provides a comfortable, safe and calming place to talk, work, and grow in the areas you desire to see change in. We are currently offering Teletherapy appointments, outdoor appointments (as weather permits), and indoor office appointments with masks, due to current COVID-19 precautions. Clients can also choose to go on a walk outdoors with their therapist if that is something the client feels comfortable with. There is a beautiful Colorado greenway near my office that is perfect for therapeutic walks.
